It made me think about "chicken spaghetti", have you ever had that heart clogging and guilt inducing casserole? I haven't had it in years but man it's good.<br /><br />Let me go find it:<br /><br />Rotel Chicken Spaghetti<br />Ingredients<br />1/2 Stick butter <br />1 Bell pepper <br />1 cup celery <br />1 can s Cream of mushroom sou<br />1 can s Cream of chicken soup<br />1 can s Diced tomatoes<br />1 cup onion <br />1 pound Velveeta cubed <br />1 pound Thin spaghetti <br />4 chicken breast <br /><br />Instructions<br />Boil chicken until white throughout (30 min). Saute bell pepper, onion, celery in the butter until tender and onion translucent. On low heat melt velveeta into tomatoes and soups. Boil spaghetti till done. Tear chicken into small pieces.
